About the role
Sinai Health is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist to join its Pharmacy department on a temporary full‑time basis (up to 10 months). The role involves medication distribution, drug information, and patient education within a traditional dispensing system.
Key responsibilities
- Provide medication distribution, drug information, and education services to patients and staff.
- Collaborate with interprofessional team members to determine optimal treatment plans.
- Implement interventions in line with pharmacy practice standards.
Required profile
- Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy.
- Part A license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated satisfactory job performance and attendance history.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Meditech (preferred).
What we offer
- Hourly wage ranging from $48.21 to $64.50 (CAD).
- Temporary full‑time contract (up to 10 months).
