Home Child Care Provider – Full‑Time (Term)

About the role

This full‑time, term position is based in the employer’s home in Montréal. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment for children, supporting their daily routines, personal hygiene, and social development.

Key responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties in the home.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills.
• Organize and lead activities such as games, outings, and educational play.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
• Supervise children’s safety, emotional well‑being, and overall health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment at all times.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience caring for children.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg.
• Excellent communication, reliability, patience, and judgment.
• Willingness to undergo child‑welfare, criminal, drug, medical, and vulnerable‑sector checks.
