High Ticket Setter (Remote, Commission-Based)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated High Ticket Setter to join C&A Consulting’s remote sales team. The role focuses on generating qualified appointments for our closers by contacting Quebec‑based SMBs about cybersecurity training, AI implementation and Bill 25 compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 50 outbound calls per day, often exceeding this target.
• Qualify prospects over the phone and schedule appointments for senior sales closers.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up until a definitive answer is received.
• Record calls and lead information in the company CRM (training provided).

Required profile

• Based in Canada and available Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm EST.
• Immediately available and not currently employed.
• Comfortable with high‑volume phone outreach and persistent follow‑up.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Bilingual French/English is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software (training will be provided).
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Basic understanding of artificial‑intelligence applications.
