Healthcare Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join BioScript Solutions as a Healthcare Warehouse Associate and play a critical part in ensuring specialty care products reach patients safely and on time. You will work in a fast‑growing environment that values accuracy, compliance, and patient‑first thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips, and report any discrepancies or damage immediately.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for internal pharmacies/clinics and external customers, following FEFO (first‑expired‑first‑out) protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Handle and store temperature‑sensitive products according to cold‑chain and ambient requirements.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Inspect products for damage, recalls, or expiration before shipment; segregate and document non‑conforming items per SOPs.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers, and hand trucks safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for hazardous or regulated items.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for product inspection, segregation, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and ensure compliance with expiration and temperature requirements.
• Willingness to work regular business hours, Monday‑Friday, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience operating material‑handling equipment (pallet jacks, stackers, hand trucks).
• Knowledge of FEFO (first‑expired‑first‑out) inventory protocols.
• Understanding of cold‑chain handling and storage of temperature‑sensitive products.
