Missions principales

• Execute and implement comprehensive Health & Safety programs tailored to pipeline environments.
• Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure availability of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate safe work procedures, risk assessments, and detailed safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide HS&E orientations for both employees and subcontractors.
• Support site management in preparing safety documentation and leading safety meetings/toolbox talks.
• Monitor the effectiveness of HS&E plans and implement occupational hygiene practices.
• Promote awareness of medical screening programs and health initiatives.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience of over 5 years specifically within pipeline construction or large-scale energy projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence safety culture at all levels.
• Exceptional analytical skills for conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Ability to work effectively in demanding field environments.

Competences requises

• Expertise in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) management systems.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry safety standards.
