About the role
The Health Records Clerk provides essential administrative support in a hospital setting, ensuring accurate handling of medical documents and effective communication with clients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
- Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Provide general information to clients and the public.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
