Health Faculty Instructor – Registered Nurse

About the role

Northlands College is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its Health Faculty as an Instructor at the Air Ronge campus. The role involves delivering curriculum and supporting student learning in long‑term care, in‑home care and special care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and deliver educational program curriculum to meet defined learning outcomes.
• Engage with students to create a positive and successful learning environment.
• Provide instruction and mentorship in long‑term care, in‑home care and special care settings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of nursing practice and teaching methodologies.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a degree in Nursing.
• Active registration in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.
• Minimum two years recent (within the past five years) clinical or teaching experience in long‑term care, in‑home care or special care settings.

Required skills

• Curriculum development and delivery.
• Student engagement and mentorship.
• Knowledge of long‑term care, in‑home care and special care nursing practices.
