Health Communications Co‑op Student (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Green Shield’s Health Communications team as a hybrid co‑op student. You will work on national health campaigns, webinars, and client communications, helping Canadians access resources and build healthier workplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Organise webinar materials, including event registration pages.
• Support the creation and distribution of bilingual client invitations.
• Collaborate on customised client projects and health‑related initiatives.
• Partner with the translation team to deliver English‑French client‑facing materials on schedule.
• Upload, maintain, and organise digital assets across platforms.
• Provide design support for client‑facing materials.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as a student in a post‑secondary program.
• Strong interest in health communications and public‑health initiatives.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
