About the role

Partyhat needs a Marketing Architect who can lead the entire growth engine, orchestrating high‑velocity campaigns and scaling our presence across the digital landscape. This fully remote, high‑availability role operates 24/7 in the fast‑moving Web3 economy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the overarching marketing strategy focused on aggressive user acquisition and high‑velocity retention loops.
• Lead content and partnership teams to keep Partyhat at the centre of cultural conversations.
• Use deep data analytics and proprietary tools to master algorithms on platforms such as X, Discord, and Telegram.
• Manage the marketing budget with surgical efficiency, allocating spend based on real‑time ROI data.
• Oversee visual and narrative brand consistency, maintaining a “premium but degen” aesthetic.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product and Community, syncing marketing efforts with technical roadmaps.

Required profile

• Battle‑tested leader capable of managing diverse teams from designers to growth hackers.
• Innate market intuition to read sentiment, “vibe shifts,” and pivot strategies within minutes.
