Head of Analytics – FinTech & AutoSync

About the role

As Head of Analytics for FinTech & AutoSync, you will steer the transformation of fragmented analytics teams into a unified, high‑impact function. Based in Toronto, you will shape enterprise‑wide analytics strategy, standardise tools and processes, and champion data‑driven decision‑making across product, marketing, sales and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of analytics teams into a single, efficient organisation.
• Define and execute an enterprise analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Standardise methodologies, tools and collaboration models across teams.
• Improve team structure, clarify roles and boost delivery efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale output and speed.
• Establish KPIs to measure impact on revenue, efficiency and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure strong data governance, compliance and consistent data usage.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across product, marketing, sales and finance.
• Act as a thought leader to promote data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading analytics transformations and organisational change.
• Experience designing team structures, operating models and scalable processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred.
