About the role
We are looking for a proactive Salon Manager to lead the daily operations of our hairdressing and beauty salon in Edmonton. You will be responsible for ensuring a high‑quality client experience while managing staff, budgets, and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily salon operations.
- Evaluate and improve operational performance.
- Plan, organize, and schedule daily activities.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and control budget, monitor inventory levels.
- Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and supervise salon personnel.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience managing a hairdressing or beauty salon.
