Guest Services Associate

About the role

Join the Canada’s Wonderland team as a Guest Services Associate and help create memorable experiences for park visitors. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate information about the park, attractions, and services.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns.
• Assist guests in planning their visit, including ticket upgrades, redemptions, and group sales.
• Process sales transactions using computerized point‑of‑sale systems.
• Collaborate with all park departments to ensure a seamless “Best Day of the Year” experience.
• Support the Admissions supervisory team with opening and closing procedures.
• Guide guests through the Ride Accommodations Program (RAP) and related accommodations.
• Perform additional duties as required to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous retail sales, customer service, and POS experience.
• Strong communication and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle conflict effectively.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Required skills
