Guest Services Agent

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role you will ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering personalized service that makes each stay memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests in person, by phone or email, using creativity to enhance their experience.
• Resolve issues and concerns proactively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to share relevant information and support personalized service.

Required profile

• Hospitality diploma (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
• Good listening skills to understand guest needs.

Required skills

• Experience with OPERA PMS (preferred).
