About the role

Join Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing as a Guest Service Agent, where you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying world‑class lodging and outdoor adventures in Canada’s wilderness. You’ll work in a dynamic, family‑size company that values employee wellbeing and delivers exceptional guest experiences year‑round.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservations via phone, email and online platforms, including modifications and cancellations.
• Perform check‑ins, check‑outs, process payments and conduct night audit with accurate guest folios.
• Welcome guests, provide information on lodge amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless event setups.
• Manage administrative tasks such as signing liability waivers and maintaining guest profiles.
• Oversee rentals of watercrafts, fat bikes, and ski equipment, and assist with booking local activities and spa treatments.

Required profile

• Strong passion for hospitality and outdoor recreation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
