Graphic Designer – Visual Communications Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Designer creates high‑quality visual communications that support corporate objectives across marketing, communications, business development, operations, and employer branding. Working closely with subject‑matter experts, internal stakeholders, and leadership, the designer turns complex information into engaging visual assets that strengthen brand recognition and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for digital, print, presentation, and multimedia formats.
• Translate technical, scientific, medical, or text‑heavy content into clear, visually appealing communications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and evolve design standards and templates.
• Create assets for newsletters, corporate presentations, conference materials, trade‑show graphics, event branding, infographics, white papers, website graphics, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
• Develop graphics, animations, videos, and interactive content to enhance audience engagement.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, NanoBanana Pro) to accelerate production and improve design quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma (DEC) in graphic design, visual communications, digital media, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is an asset.
