Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join Avison Young’s marketing team. In this role you will create both print and digital collateral that supports our property marketing, business proposals and brand initiatives. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment that values creativity and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts for marketing programs across multiple business lines.
• Design and layout a variety of materials including proposals, presentations, service‑line brochures, property flyers, white papers and invitations.
• Create print and digital assets that align with brand standards and support online marketing and new technology initiatives.
• Manage projects from concept through final production, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
