Graphic Designer – Hospitality Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a senior creative contributor, you will shape and evolve the visual identity of The Drake across multiple hospitality properties, delivering brand‑forward assets for both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of campaigns and collateral for all Drake properties, including menus, posters, signage, email marketing, digital ads and online assets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistency, quality and timely delivery of all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Oversee print production processes and act as the primary liaison with vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional creative design and management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with print production processes and vendor coordination.
• College or university diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Excellent communication, proofreading and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
