Graphic Designer – Brand & Packaging Specialist

About the role

NXTRND is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support its Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. You will craft visual assets that reinforce the brand across packaging, digital channels, retail displays, and more, ensuring consistency and high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update retail‑ready product packaging for the entire NXTRND line.
• Create infographics, comparison charts, and promotional graphics for paid advertising.
• Produce website banners, landing‑page assets, email graphics, and digital merchandising content.
• Develop retail signage, store banners, point‑of‑sale displays, and trade‑show materials.
• Generate social‑media posts, stories, thumbnails, and other organic marketing content.
• Design Amazon listing graphics and enhanced brand content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital assets.
• Prepare print‑ready production files and coordinate with printers when needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Ecommerce teams to prioritize projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro (asset).
