Graduate Process Engineer – Full‑time

About the role

TI Automotive is seeking a recent engineering graduate to join its Quality or Materials team as a Process Engineer. The role supports the optimisation of manufacturing processes for automotive parts, ensuring high reliability, efficiency and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, productivity and cost improvements.
• Support Process Technicians, troubleshoot and diagnose processing issues, and implement process changes including equipment, materials, layout or workflow.
• Conduct time studies, cycle‑time analysis and process simulations to pinpoint bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide the necessary tools, fixtures and equipment to meet productivity, quality and cost targets.
• Establish and maintain quality control measures, develop inspection procedures and investigate root causes of non‑conformances.
• Work with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, forming, welding and assembly.
• Strong analytical ability to optimise processes and improve quality.
