About the role

The Flin Flon School Division is seeking a dedicated Grade 3/4 Teacher to join its elementary team on a full‑time, permanent basis. This position supports the academic and social development of students in both Grade 3 and Grade 4, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess curriculum for Grade 3 and Grade 4 classes in accordance with Manitoba education standards.
• Create lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
• Maintain accurate student records, including grades, attendance, and behavioural notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support student success.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and staff meetings.

Required profile

• Possession of, or eligibility for, Manitoba Teacher Certification.
• Relevant post‑secondary education in teaching or a related field.
• Commitment to the collective agreement salary and fringe‑benefit structure.
• Willingness to undergo criminal record, vulnerable sector, and child‑abuse registry checks.
