Glazing Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

About the role

Flynn Group of Companies is looking for a Glazing Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects from award through completion at its Winnipeg branch. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on building‑envelope projects with a leading contractor in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project documents.
• Develop and track project budgets, schedules and labor targets.
• Coordinate manpower, procurement, fabrication and installation activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Identify project risks and negotiate practical solutions.
• Lead project kickoff, progress and close‑out meetings.
• Collaborate closely with field teams and operations staff.
• Ensure project safety, quality, schedule and financial objectives are achieved.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience as a Project Coordinator, Estimator or Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Commercial glazing experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Experience working directly with customers and project stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass a criminal background check.
