Gestionnaire de projet senior – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction and real‑estate projects across Canada. You will be the central point for coordinating clients, contractors, architects and vendors, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction and development projects through all phases, from scope definition to close‑out.
• Develop detailed schedules, track milestones and proactively mitigate risks, issues and constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to maintain alignment and effective execution.
• Lead weekly project meetings, maintain accurate records and ensure consistent reporting.
• Oversee procurement activities, including RFPs, contractor negotiations and subcontractor management.
• Monitor financial and administrative aspects such as invoicing, reporting and project tracking.
• Support team development, drive process improvements and uphold governance standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in project management, construction, real‑estate or a related technical field.
• Post‑secondary education in business, engineering, architecture or project management.
• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle, budgeting, scheduling and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
