About the role
Join KONE as the General Manager – Service & Solutions and lead the local service business for the Greater Toronto Area. You will own the annual business plan, manage budgets, and work closely with customers to deliver safety, quality and profitable results.
Key responsibilities
- Drive service business operations across the territory while collaborating with customers and internal teams.
- Promote a safety‑first culture and achieve quality goals that lead to high customer satisfaction and profitable outcomes.
Required profile
- Progressive leadership experience with service expertise in a consultative selling environment.
- Proven ability to lead a union‑represented workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 7 years of relevant industry experience.
