About the role

Chipotle is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its fast‑growing restaurants. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving operational excellence and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain top‑notch hospitality standards and ensure speedy, accurate service.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and development.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and digital order fulfillment.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, guest‑ready, and compliant with food safety and operational standards.
• Drive financial success by meeting sales and cash‑flow targets.
• Lead community‑focused marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and local engagement.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a guest‑obsessed mindset.
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with strong people‑development skills.
• Proven restaurant management experience, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Creative approach to marketing and community engagement.
