General Manager – Made-to-Order Manufacturing

About the role

MasterBrand is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its made‑to‑order manufacturing operations under the Kitchen Craft brand. Reporting to the Vice President of Semi‑Custom Operations, you will own the Winnipeg facility and be responsible for strategy, execution, and results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for facility performance, strategy, and operations.
• Own full P&L, delivering targets for volume, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term strategic plans aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Lead day‑to‑day manufacturing in a complex, multi‑SKU, highly customized environment.
• Drive a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
• Lead implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, including RFID and automation initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align capabilities with market demand.
• Coach and develop leadership talent, fostering succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of improving efficiency, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable results.
• Strong business and financial acumen with significant P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and automation.
