General Finance and Accounting Agent

About the role

The General Finance and Accounting Agent supports the organization’s financial health by managing accounts, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will work closely with your unit to drive results, improve processes, and provide accurate financial information to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control accounting systems, gathering, processing, and recording financial data.
• Produce, analyse, and revise financial reports, statistics, and budget reviews.
• Perform audits, inspections, and financial simulations to assess performance.
• Participate in financial engineering, product pricing, market transactions, and tax law analysis, including payroll.
• Carry out operational and administrative processes, quality‑control measures, and data‑entry tasks.
• Provide policy, program, and process information to internal users.
• Prepare and update presentations and related documentation.

Required profile

• College diploma in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, business).
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Fluent in French and advanced proficiency in English.
• Action‑oriented mindset with a focus on results and customer service.
