GenAI Developer

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a GenAI Developer to design and build generative AI solutions that help our clients unlock technology value. You will work with a global team, leveraging cloud platforms and modern AI practices to create scalable, maintainable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop efficient, reusable Python scripts for ETL processes in GenAI applications.
• Collaborate with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to deploy generative AI models.
• Develop, implement, and maintain APIs that integrate GenAI models into business workflows.
• Research and experiment with cutting‑edge generative AI techniques, including AI agents, hybrid RAG, optimization, and workflow orchestration.
• Apply expertise in document storage, chunking, vector databases, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and basic model fine‑tuning.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience building applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI concepts and experimentation.
• Knowledge of document chunking, vector stores, and RAG pipelines.
