Game Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a highly metric‑driven Game Product Owner to command the production roadmap of our iGaming pipeline. This remote, high‑availability role requires a deep obsession with slot mechanics, visual psychology and data‑driven optimisation to deliver world‑class, hyper‑retentive titles.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Game Production: Own the full lifecycle from wireframes and math prototypes to compliance, deployment and live‑ops tracking.
• Math & Mechanic Architecture: Work closely with mathematicians to design, stress‑test and refine volatility, RTP and hit‑frequency profiles.
• Cross‑Functional Team Leadership: Direct a decentralized squad of developers, illustrators, animators and backend engineers to maintain a flawless delivery pipeline.
• Ecosystem Sourcing & Roadmap Management: Keep an aggressive product schedule, spotting emerging iGaming trends before they hit mainstream.
• Stakeholder & Compliance Communication: Ensure clear technical loops with data teams, architects and executives for regulatory compliance.
• Feature Optimization: Analyse live player telemetry and revenue metrics, running real‑time tweaks to maximise lifetime value.

Required profile

• The "Gaming Veteran": Proven hands‑on game production or product ownership experience within the iGaming ecosystem.
• Math Literacy: Strong understanding of slot mathematics, including hit rates, bonus triggers, cascading mechanics and payout distribution.
• Elite Project & People Management: Track record of leading complex technical teams and fast‑moving delivery pipelines without missed deadlines.
• Hyper‑Availability: Ability to be on‑call 7 days a week to handle real‑time product anomalies and urgent updates.
