Full‑Time Team Leader – Eaton Centre, Montreal

About the role

As a Team Leader at Dynamite’s Eaton Centre store, you will report to the Store Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will help drive sales, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations while supporting the store’s inventory and e‑commerce fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive, magnetic shopping environment for every customer.
• Maintain and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
• Optimize inventory management, including shipment processing and sales‑floor replenishment.
• Oversee e‑commerce order fulfillment and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with day‑to‑day store operations and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of retail experience (asset).
• Minimum 1 year of team‑lead experience, preferably in retail.
• Passion for fashion, customer‑oriented mindset, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
