Full‑Time Retail Store Sales Associate

About the role

The Bétonel/Dulux division of The Pittsburgh Paints Canada Company is seeking a full‑time Retail Store Sales Associate for its Winnipeg location. You will work day‑shift hours, greeting customers, helping them select paint and related supplies, and building lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate paint products, including dyeing and colour matching.
• Suggest complementary items such as brushes, rollers, and other supplies.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store environment and follow safety procedures.
• Lift, move, and stock merchandise, handling up to 80 lb occasionally.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on sales calls to grow market share.

Required profile

• Flexible to work retail hours, including Saturdays and occasional overtime.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑sponsored visas.
• Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and lift the required weights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer and internet applications.
