Full‑Time Retail Pharmacist

About the role

Join Sobeys Inc., a leading Canadian grocery and pharmacy retailer, as a full‑time pharmacist in Fredericton. You will be part of a national pharmacy team dedicated to delivering patient‑centered care and supporting the health of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient‑focused counseling and education on new therapies, adapting communication to individual needs.
• Deliver professional clinical services such as disease‑state management, medication reviews, health risk assessments, and administer injections/vaccines.
• Initiate and follow up on care plans, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless patient experience across locations.
• Maintain prescription safety by supervising pharmacy technicians and assistants as required.
• Stay current with pharmacy practice standards, regulatory requirements, and industry trends through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in the province of New Brunswick.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, quality service and continuous improvement.
