Full‑Time Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy

About the role

Join Sobeys Inc.’s national pharmacy team as a full‑time pharmacist delivering patient‑centered care across Canada. You will work in a community setting, providing medication expertise, health counseling, and clinical services to individuals and families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient‑focused counseling, medication reviews, disease‑state management, and health‑risk assessments.
• Administer injections and vaccines, and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Initiate care plans, follow‑up with patients, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure prescription safety and workflow efficiency.
• Stay current with pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends through ongoing training.
• Promote Sobeys’ pharmacy programs and services, matching patients with appropriate health‑care solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing in the relevant province.
• Current Injection and First Aid Certification.
• Preferred experience with Kroll pharmacy software.

Required skills

• Kroll pharmacy software proficiency.
