Full‑Time Maintenance Associate – Level 1

About the role

Join Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a Full‑Time Maintenance Associate, responsible for keeping our properties safe, comfortable, and in top condition for guests and staff. You will work on a variety of preventative and corrective tasks across the hotel’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and generate work orders for tasks such as ceiling tile replacement, light bulb changes, vinyl patching, and grout repair.
• Conduct room inspections after guest departures and address repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain hotel equipment, including small appliances, kitchen gear, laundry machines, and boilers.
• Assist with exterior upkeep, including snow removal, landscaping, and curb‑appeal enhancements.
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure high satisfaction.
• Carry out safety inspections and participate in the hotel’s emergency response team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of building‑maintenance experience, preferably with painting and drywall work.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for guest safety and comfort.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
