Full‑Time Maintenance Associate – Level 1

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, permanent Maintenance Associate to keep our hotel safe, comfortable, and operating at peak performance. You will work hands‑on to ensure guest rooms and public areas are in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, and grouting repairs.
• Conduct room checks after guest departures and carry out general repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Inspect and repair hotel equipment, including small appliances, kitchen gear, laundry machines, and boilers.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and maintaining the building’s exterior curb appeal.
• Respond to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure high satisfaction.
• Carry out safety checks on equipment and facilities and participate in the hotel’s emergency response team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of building‑maintenance experience, preferably with painting and drywalling.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for guest and associate safety and comfort.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
