About the role

Join the Mont Gabriel Hotel team as a full‑time waiter, delivering memorable dining experiences in a scenic mountain setting. You will work in a warm, family‑like atmosphere while serving guests from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Address guest needs promptly and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas, including restaurant, bar, and banquet spaces.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quick and accurate service.
• Handle payments and transactions with precision.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, professional, and guest‑focused.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous serving experience in hospitality is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required.
