Full-time Store Supervisor – Premium Outlet Collection

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor for its Premium Outlet Collection location at Edmonton International Airport. The Supervisor will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional Levi’s brand experience, driving sales, and maintaining operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and financial goals.
• Lead and coach a team of stylists to deliver authentic customer service and meet KPI metrics such as conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping to ensure a compelling shopping environment.
• Handle day‑to‑day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and expense control.
• Train new staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and Levi’s brand guidelines.
• Step in as acting manager during the manager’s absence, ensuring continuity of operations.

Required profile

• Strong interest in fashion retail and the Levi’s brand.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to work flexible retail hours.

Required skills

• Retail POS system operation.
• Basic inventory management.
