Key responsibilities

• Guide customers in their décor choices.
• Open, prepare and close the store.
• Train and coach team members.
• Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising.
• Ensure overall store performance.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Experience in customer‑service leadership.
• A passion for interior décor and merchandising.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lb (23 kg).
