Full-Time Steward/Dishwasher at Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher to join the food and beverage team at Park Hyatt Toronto. In this full‑time position you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the hotel’s dining venues, supporting both guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and store dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines.
• Clean and maintain kitchen surfaces, food preparation areas, floors and dining rooms.
• Restock stations with supplies and assist with receiving and storing food and beverage items.
• Support wait staff and kitchen crew by clearing tables, refilling supplies and performing basic food‑preparation tasks as needed.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of hotel or similar hospitality experience.
• Flexible schedule, highly motivated and quality‑driven.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform frequent walking, standing, crouching and bending.

Required skills

• Operation and maintenance of commercial dishwashing equipment.
