Full-Time Retail Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Full‑Time Retail Supervisor for its store at Toronto Premium Outlets in Halton Hills, ON. The supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates through effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual standards and safety.
• Maintain brand equity and uphold Levi’s policies, procedures and programs.
• Ensure a welcoming environment and high‑quality service for customers.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 18 years.
• Commitment to complying with all Levi’s store policies and directives.
