About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Restaurant Server to join our hotel’s food service team. In this position you will ensure that all meals served to hotel staff meet high quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to hotel associates, ensuring presentation and quality standards.
- Replenish food items and stock service stations throughout the shift.
- Wash, replace, and arrange dishware and utensils for continuous service.
- Perform minor food preparation tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar food‑service role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques.
- Valid Food Safe certificate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
