Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Post-Acute Care

About the role

Delta View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate, resident‑focused team. This full‑time position offers both AM and PM shifts in a supportive post‑acute care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate significant changes.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and resident care needs.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Skilled nursing or post‑acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.
