Full-time Pharmacist (Tue‑Sat) in Delta

About the role

WellCare Pharmacy, a small community pharmacy in Delta, is seeking a full‑time pharmacist to join its team. The position runs Tuesday through Saturday, with Saturday ending at 2 pm, and offers a starting wage of $50 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, order supplies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Administer injections and perform other clinical services as certified.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Active license to practice pharmacy in British Columbia.
• Injection certification and OAT certification.
• English proficiency; Punjabi speaking is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Kroll pharmacy management system (preferred).
