Full-Time Pharmacist – Patient Focused Care

About the role

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pharmacist to join the Pharmasave #400 location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. You will play a central role in delivering patient‑focused care, providing clinical services, and ensuring safe medication use.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews, chronic disease management, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations, ensuring proper technique and documentation.
• Assess drug therapy appropriateness, monitor effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, OTC products, and health‑related topics, covering indications, contraindications, usage, storage, and side effects.
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists performing restricted activities.
• Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, and regulatory pharmacy standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
• Support daily pharmacy operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
• Current injection certification.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
