Full-Time Pharmacist – Langley, BC

About the role

Otter Co-op is seeking a dedicated full‑time Pharmacist to join its retail centre in Langley, BC. You will be the professional face of the pharmacy, delivering high‑quality patient care while supporting the store’s growth and community focus.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and professional service in the dispensing and OTC areas.
• Maintain accurate prescription processing and ensure compliance with company policies and provincial regulations.
• Conduct clinical services such as disease‑state management, medication reviews, and health‑risk assessments.
• Identify and resolve drug‑related problems, monitor medication adherence, and counsel patients on new therapies.
• Support inventory control, loss‑prevention initiatives, and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacy assistants and store staff to achieve customer‑service objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Current licence to practice as a Pharmacist in British Columbia.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and professional ethics.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.

Required skills

• Pharmacy dispensing and prescription verification.
• Clinical services including medication review and health‑risk assessment.
• Knowledge of provincial pharmacy regulations and company policies.
