Full-time Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time pharmacist to manage daily pharmacy operations, provide professional consultation to customers and health‑care providers, and ensure safe dispensing of medications in a community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy workflow, including prescription verification, counseling, and dispensing.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality standards for all patient information.
• Manage inventory, monitor expired stock, and coordinate medication orders with wholesalers.
• Ensure compliance with federal/provincial regulations, including Controlled Drugs and Substances Act reporting.
• Communicate with other health‑care professionals to support coordinated patient care.
• Handle incident reporting for medication or privacy issues.
• Maintain a professional pharmacy environment and support financial reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Strong independent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and coaching pharmacy staff.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
• Ability to follow health‑ and safety procedures and complete mandatory training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy management software.
• Strong personal computing skills.
