Full-Time Pharmacist – Brantford, Ontario

About the role

Join Sobeys Inc.'s national pharmacy team in Brantford and provide patient‑centered care in a community retail setting. You will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure the health and well‑being of individuals and families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑focused counseling and education on new therapies, adapting communication to each patient’s needs.
• Develop and follow up on care plans, documenting all interactions accurately.
• Participate in professional programs, disease‑state management, medication reviews, health‑risk assessments, and administer injections/vaccines.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and assistants to maintain prescription safety and workflow efficiency.
• Promote corporate pharmacy services and programs that match patient health needs.
• Stay current with pharmacy practice standards, regulatory requirements, and industry trends through required training.
• Adhere to all company policies, health‑and‑safety standards, loss‑prevention, and continuous quality improvement processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
