Full-time Package Handler – 10am to 6:30pm

About the role

Join Intelcom | Dragonfly’s fast‑paced sorting stations as a Package Handler. You will work on a shift from 10 am to 6:30 pm, handling parcels, loading trailers, and keeping the flow of freight moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Manually load freight onto conveyors and operate powered jacks.
• Organize sort setups, scan parcels, and place them in designated areas for delivery or line‑haul teams.
• Stage sorted freight for load‑out and perform pallet building, wrapping, and transport.
• Validate scanned data to reduce mis‑sorts and conduct routine cleaning and safety inspections.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) repeatedly.
• Willingness to work a minimum of three days per week, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
• Experience operating conveyor and sorting equipment.
