Full-time Merchandiser in Brandon

About the role

Coke Canada Bottling Merchandisers work in local grocery stores helping our clients keep products fully stocked and available to consumers – maintaining beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays. Merchandisers act as frontline ambassadors, providing superior service to both clients and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers, transporting product between backroom and front‑of‑store using manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand‑trucks.
• Build, change, or remove product displays according to company standards, maintain signage, clean display areas, and secure damaged or defective product.
• Lift, carry and position product up to 50 lb (22 kg) above shoulder height repeatedly without assistance, including kneeling, squatting and reaching.
• Organize backroom stock, monitor inventory levels, process damaged product, re‑pack items, and complete required paperwork.
• Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and store policies regarding safety, equipment use, and sanitation, while maintaining professional relationships with co‑workers and customers.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for work hours.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record and no major violations in the past three years.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing or a related field, and experience using manual or powered pallet jacks.
