Full-Time Host/Hostess for Luxury Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at Marcus Restaurant & Lounge, located within Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. This full‑time position plays a key role in delivering the exceptional hospitality experience our brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with courtesy and a smile, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and wait‑list coordination in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Answer telephone inquiries and handle booking requests efficiently.
• Maintain the host station, ensuring it is organized and stocked with necessary materials.
• Recognize regular guests and personalize service whenever possible.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth flow of service during peak periods.
