About the role
Vision Transportation is seeking a reliable full‑time Dock Operator to join the operations team at its Belleville warehouse. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inbound and outbound freight while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and containers, maximizing cubic capacity.
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory and shipments.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintain a clean dock area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping schedules.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of loading experience, preferably in transportation.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Required skills
- Proficiency with RF scanner technology.
- Experience operating a counter‑balance forklift.
- Familiarity with clamp trucks.
- Knowledge of endriders.
